Our Financial Services Client is in need of a Senior Technical Product Owner specializing in Contact Centre and AI initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Our Financial Services client is enhancing and optimizing their Contact Center practice including initiatives focused on: data efficiency, Salesforce integration/optimization, and AI tool implementation.
Must Have:
- 7+ years experience as a Technical Product Owner specializing in Contact Centre and AI initiatives
- Define and create technical user stories (new releases and application/system updates) ensuring business and technical requirements documented in product features, epics and other artifacts, while meeting release schedules (deadlines).
- 7+ years experience designing and implementing real-time and batch micro-services including:
- hands on API documentation (Swagger), Data mapping, ETL and SQL scripting
- End to End Solution architecture and DevOps (Project lifecycle with agile methodology)
- Database structures and relational database design and modeling
- SOAP/XML, RESTFUL/JSON schema and micro services design
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with Cloud Platforms
- Experience with technologies such as: Elasticsearch, Apache Airfl ow, Apache Kafka, Apache Beam, Apache Spark, Hive, HDFS, Kubernetes (Openshift)
- Experience with security standards and implementing high secured banking solutions
