S.i. System's client is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to support on a Safety, Incident, Risk, Claims and Health program.


5 month contract starting in April 2025. Hybrid role (1 day per week on site) - 37.5 hours a week


MUST HAVES:

  • 3+ years experience in an information systems desktop environment, involving the installation, troubleshooting and repair of desktop, server and network technologies.
  • Experience must include advising users and developing technical solutions to a wide variety of problems in order to guarantee a solid understanding of Operation Systems and layered product software configuration, identifying hardware or network problems to ensure all components work together.


DELIVERABLES:


1. Implementation of new IT devices, and end-user support

2. Planning, detailing and execution of Epics, Features and User Stories (where applicable).

3. Sustainment documentation for new devices.

4. Meeting agendas, minutes and action items.

5. End User Training.

6. Creation or update of knowledge base articles in alignment with Service Desk standards. Support Technical and business strategy documentation (i.e., presentations, review materials, support documentation, technical memorandums, etc.).
