Our valued public sector client is seeking to hire a Senior Technology Analyst to analyze, design, and integrate ICT technologies within the organization's framework.

Background:

The organization seeks to hire a skilled consultant to support the development of a comprehensive System of Systems (SoS) concept. This role will focus on analyzing current Information Capabilities (IC) and designing an SoS framework within a Pan Domain Command and Control (C2) system, leveraging emerging technologies such as multi-level security cloud, IoT, unified data architectures, and broadband wireless systems.

Tasks:

• Provide insights and options for integrating existing ICT efforts across the organization's initiatives.
• Analyze current networks and infrastructure to identify where future Cloud solutions can be integrated (data centers, tactical edge, operational platforms).
• Assess emerging technology capability against current and future defence requirements.
• Identify gaps in existing Cloud implementations and propose solutions for multi-level security, IoMT (Internet of Things), and unified data technologies.
• Develop and validate a comprehensive SoS concept within a Pan Domain C2 framework.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the SoS aligns with current and future ICT requirements.

Must Haves:

• Information and Communications Technology (ICT) - 3+ years
• Assessing future defence requirements - 6+ months
• Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent bachelor’s degree
• Secret Clearance
