Our utilities client is seeking a Sr Contract Manager with expertise to review, draft, and support Technology contracts and working effectively with cross-functional teams - 21771

Initially 6-months contract with possibilities of extensions. 37.5 hrs/week to start hours may vary after the 3-4 month mark, depending on the assignment needs. Location - Preferred in the greater Vancouver area, but open to remote candidates who can commit to PST hours (9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Must haves:

• 3+ years IT Contract Management experience
• Contract reviews and drafting agreements, ensuring contracts move quickly and smoothly from creation to negotiation to execution: Consulting Service Agreements, Change Orders, Project Orders, Statements of Work, Enterprise Agreements, Enterprise License Agreements, and Cloud-based Subscriptions.

Nice to haves:

• Previous experience working in public organization is an asset
• Knowledge of supply chain and procurement would be an asset
• Paralegal or professional contract management certification is an asset
