We’re looking for a Consultant/Developer who has extensive hands-on development/scripting experience in ServiceNow and custom application deployment. Ideally, the candidate has advanced scripting skills (both server-side and client-side), expertise in integration, and is ServiceNow certified.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with familiarity in ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM frameworks.

He or she, will be part of our development team providing developer/Architect level ServiceNow ecosystem expertise, designing and coding cross-platform solutions and managing ServiceNow integrations, ensuring scalable and efficient implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Custom Development & Configuration (ServiceNow): Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom ServiceNow applications, including building new features, scripting, and enhancing existing modules.

  • Cross-Platform Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs across multiple platforms, ensuring holistic and robust solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices.

  • Agile Development & Collaboration: Work in an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the teams as needed.

  • Providing Guidance on best practices, architecture, user experience and journey. Managing the full-cycle process of implementing ServiceNow integrations including documentations and certifications as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration, and publishing custom applications on the ServiceNow App Store.

  • Advanced experience in both Server-side (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.) and Client-side (UI Pages, CMS, CSS) scripting on the ServiceNow platform

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow’s core administration settings and platform capabilities.

  • Expertise in designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms and environments.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

  • Platform Expertise (ServiceNow): Experience managing Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and other scripted elements to drive efficient and scalable solutions.

  • Integrations & Data Migrations: Experienced with design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, as well as other third-party tools, using APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).

  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM) frameworks.
