You are a passionate and creative UX Designer who thrives in a collaborative environment. Your expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing allows you to create intuitive and engaging user experiences. You are proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD, and you stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices. You excel at communicating your design ideas through clear and effective visual and verbal presentations. You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys mentoring junior designers and continuously seeks opportunities to improve design processes and methodologies. Your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams ensures that your designs are successfully implemented and aligned with the overall product vision.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, ML engineers, Data Scientists, and R&D specialists, to define and implement innovative UX solutions for our platforms.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions, ensuring that the user experience is at the forefront of our product development process.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and mockups using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
• Apply the latest design trends and best practices to ensure our platforms are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with the latest industry standards.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Work closely with engineers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, maintaining design integrity throughout the development process.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously seek opportunities to improve our design processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes and methodologies, ensuring we stay at the forefront of UX design trends and best practices.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design ideas to cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
