Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Xplore's products and services. This role involves conducting market research, executing marketing campaigns, and analyzing the performance of these campaigns to both acquire new customers and retain and grow our existing customer base.

You’ll work with a cross section of teams and stakeholders across the Xplore organization. You will perform market research and deliver marketing campaigns and be supported by the Marketing Director. You will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to execute marketing programs to drive business results.

• Campaign planning: Develop marketing campaigns, including strategies for promoting existing products and services
• Campaign execution: Coordinate with other marketing and sales professionals to implement campaigns
• Campaign analysis: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports
• Market research: Research target audiences, marketing trends, competition, new products, and pricing
• Reporting: Create and distribute monthly reports on critical metrics

• 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally in telecom consumer businesses
• A self-starter with initiative and the flexibility to handle ambiguity
• Strong presentation skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and programs efficiently
• Experience supporting cross functional teams on projects or campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
