The normal work week is a 35 hours week. Overtime can also be accumulated in a payable time bank. The cumulative time remains available and makes it possible to compensate for any absence related to unforseen circumstances.

Lambda has a group insurance plan for all of its employees. The group insurance plan includes the following coverages: health insurance, basic life insurance, short and long term disability insurance as well as ​Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance (ADDI) and a critical illness insurance. Health insurance coverage also includes travel insurance and a health care account through which paramedical costs (physio, ergo, acupuncture, massage therapy etc.), dental care and optometrist care can be claimed. The amount of the health care account allocated annually is $ 350 for an individual plan or $ 500 for a family plan. The amount unclaimed in a year can be transferred to the amount of the current year. You can also choose to be exempt from health insurance coverage if you are already covered by your spouse's insurance.
