L&S Cranberry L.P. as an agricultural concern, is a cranberry farm of "bog" located in Canada, more precisely in the province of Quebec. The company has developed in the following three major categories: bog construction, building construction and marketing agreement.

In 1999, the cranberry vines began providing significant growth and fruit yield. Harvest occurs once per year usually beginning in mid-September and continues until late October. Cranberries are mainly harvested for the fresh fruit market or as processed fruit products such as juice or sauce. Each fruit type, process and fresh, has different harvesting and hanlding techniques. Over the years many techniques have changed as the company researched and invested in specialized equipment to handle the growing volume.

In 2007, the company made significant investments in both equipment and buildings in order to supply the total acregage sold as fresh fruit, thus becoming one of the leader in the fresh fruit market. The company built an 80,000 square foot packing and cold storage facility, allowing them to harvest, warehouse and pack its own crop for the market leader, Ocean Spray Cranberries.
