The CGC Retirement Plan is designed to provide a monthly income benefit for life based on your pay, age and years of benefit service with the Company. The plan is a contributory defined benefit plan with full vesting after two years participation.

Educational AssistanceThe CGC Educational Assistance Program encourages self-development to enhance current performance and to prepare for future opportunities. The Company provides up to 90% reimbursement for approved graduate and undergraduate tuition, books and registration fees.Short Term EducationAt the Company's request, selected management and professional employees may enroll in designated education courses, generally of two weeks or less duration, offered by colleges, universities, and technical or professional associations under the Short Term Education Program.
Short term disability coverage is provided at no cost to the employee. These plans provide income protection for up to six months during periods of illness and disability.
Employees enjoy from three weeks to six weeks paid vacation based on their length of continuous service. CGC observes eleven paid holidays annually.
