We offer an amount of $150 annually for the purchase of clothing bearing the image of Ramp-Art via an internal store.

We reward our employee ambassadors for referencing an employee. 

Both for the head office and the manufacturing plant.

A gym is available to all Ramp-Art employees at the head office.

The work schedule is 40 hours per week, over 4 and a half days.

Social activities are organized monthly by our Committees.

We cease production two (2) times per year; - Construction Weeks; - Weeks of the holiday season. During these periods, two (2) weeks are granted.
