ONxpress Transportation Partners (ONxpress) were chosen by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario (IO) to enter the Development Phase of the On-Corridor Works project the largest project in Metrolinxs GO Rail Expansion program. Unprecedented in its scale and complexity, this multi-billion-dollar capital program will transform the GO regional rail network with electrification, more frequent service, shorter journey times and a more modernized system for the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Region.

What is the Opportunity?

ONxpress Civil Contractors Joint Venture (CJV) is looking for a Data Reporting Analyst. This position is based out of our downtown Toronto office.

What youll do here:

Create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights via dashboards, reports and metrics in Power BI

Rebuild existing dashboards into more dynamic as well as builds new visuals.

Create, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis.

Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights.

Search and identify pathways for automation and data efficiency.

Identify gaps in best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

Use Power BI to run DAX queries and functions.

Gather data from various sources (Excel, API, database, etc..) to store in a central database or to push to other sources.

What You Bring to the Team:

College or university degree

Prior experience in Data-related tasks.

Experience with Power BI, Power apps and Power Automate.

Familiar with Power Query, MDX, DAX, Python.

Analytical thinking for converting data into relevant reports and graphics.
