Your Opportunity

BDO Canada is looking for a Senior RPA Developer to become a part of our Canadian team. As a key contributor, you will be part of delivery teams building robotic process automation solutions for clients across multiple challenging domains. The ideal candidate is comfortable showing technical leadership and helping deliver quality with their teams. To be successful, you will:

• Deliver project results through high-quality service and repeatable business solutions

• Understand, diagnose, and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challenges

• Communicate with clients to understand their unique business challenges and find ways to streamline their processes through automating day to day tasks using RPA and Power Automate.

• Design, code, and test automation workflows using UiPath

• Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches, to improve work processes

• Make changes as required, maintain and support RPA bots after development for stability and future growth.

Your experience and education

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in building RPA solutions using UiPath technology stack

• Strong experience in C#, Visual Basic

• Experience in MS Dynamics is nice to have

• Experience in Power Automate is nice to have

• Show ability to mentor and teach newer developers

• Experience in financial services is an asset

• Demonstrated ability and flexibility to manage time and priorities effectively

• Apply initiative and creativity when approaching challenges

• Able to communicate effectively within a development team and with clients

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• A deep understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
