The National Manager - Network Optimization has a multidisciplinary team under direct supervision of 3 employees and an external partner acting as a full member of the team. The incumbent is responsible for working to achieve the corporate strategy by supporting field operations teams (Retail and Distribution) across Canada. The responsibilities of this function encompass several diverse aspects of operations support, ranging from the selection of business locations and management of real estate, including the coordination of leases, monitoring of renovation work, production of studies, analyses, management of efficiency projects linked to operations (residual materials) and management reports.
The incumbent monitors the evolution of operational and economic models regarding the optimal use of physical sites occupied by the various Belron banners, whether they are proprietary, rental or mobile in nature. The incumbent works to maximize the use of the company's commercial spaces by making them accessible to our customers at the best possible cost. More specifically, it ensures that banners have a location offering optimal coverage in their local market, including all the conditions required to perform quality work and offer a world-class experience to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in administration, industrial engineering, operations management or equivalent experience (MBA an asset).
- Minimum experience of 10 years including 3 to 5 years in the retail and distribution sector.
- Good knowledge of processes (PMI) and project management tools (PMP Certification: an asset).
- Great knowledge of the basics of budget planning management and P&L management.
- MS Project and MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.).
- Knowledge of geolocation tools (ESRI / GIS).
- Bilingualism (English and French) orally and written.
