As a strategic leader, you will leverage cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to address key opportunities in product development, rider experiences, operational efficiency, and decision-making. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that set new standards in the powersports industry.

AI strategy and vision:
Develop and execute a comprehensive AI strategy aligned with BRP’s mission to deliver innovation and unique customer experiences in the powersports industry.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to product design, rider safety, operational excellence, and marketing personalization.
Innovation in Powersports:
Drive AI-powered solutions for connected vehicles, predictive maintenance, personalization, and sustainability initiatives.
Explore new possibilities for enhancing rider experiences through smart technologies and AI-driven insights.
Team leadership:
Build and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and analytics professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and customer experience teams to co-create AI solutions that elevate BRP’s powersports offerings.
Driving measurable business value:
Ensure AI initiatives directly contribute to improving customer satisfaction, reducing operational costs, and driving revenue growth.
Establish clear KPIs to measure the impact of AI projects on BRP’s business goals.
Governance and ethics:
Ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI, adhering to data privacy and regulatory requirements.
Implement best practices for model governance, interpretability, and performance monitoring.
Staying at the forefront of technology:
Stay updated on emerging AI trends and technologies, ensuring BRP remains an industry leader in AI adoption.
Drive experimental projects and pilot programs to explore new AI applications in powersports.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in AI, ML, or Data Science, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business value.
Experience in the powersports, automotive, or related industries would be a strong advantage.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and implementing large-scale AI initiatives.
Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch), data engineering, and cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure).
Experience in predictive modelling, personalization, IoT analytics, and connected systems.
The ability to align technical solutions with business goals and articulate the value of AI projects to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-first mindset.
A proven ability to inspire and lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
