Specialist, Connectivity & App Development

We are looking for a connectivity and application development specialist reporting to the team leader to contribute to BRP’s connectivity product marketing and support initiatives (BRP GO! application, in-vehicle screens, etc.). In this role, you will have the chance to collaborate with several teams and departments to implement the company’s connectivity product deployment and growth strategy, as well as product support.

Connectivity is a concept that touches on both digital, notably with the creation of mobile applications, and the interweaving of the digital experience with BRP's recreational vehicles and the intelligent use of recorded data. We need to bring new value-added concepts to our customers, dealers and internal teams.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Participate in the creation and validation of content (web content, videos, social media, CRM, etc.) related to BRP’s connectivity products.
  • Contribute to the communication strategy for connectivity products.
  • Coordinate the progress of projects and deliverables with the company’s various teams (web, CRM, social media, events, etc.).
  • Prepare support documents for connectivity products and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.
  • Explore new ways of communicating and educating our customers and dealers about connectivity.
  • Follow up on feedback from customers and users of BRP connectivity products to identify ways to improve our products.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on digital marketing, communications or a related field.
  • The ability to learn quickly and a high level of autonomy.
  • A keen interest in digital and connectivity (mobile applications, connected objects, etc.).
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • The ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once.
