Transportation Manager - Parts, Accessories and Apparel (PA&A)

We are looking for a transportation manager - Parts, Accessories and Apparel who will report to the Director of Global Distribution - Parts and Accessories, and who’ll be tasked with leading inbound and outbound transportation activities. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's growth. You’ll be at the forefront of defining transportation strategies while optimizing how we bring our products to customers.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead, supervise and develop the global transportation team for Parts, Accessories and Apparel.
  • Create global transportation strategies for North America, EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.
  • Supervise global RFQs and approve carrier selection to support our global distribution strategy.
  • Develop and implement KPIs to measure performance for quality, financial and service objectives.
  • Enforce transportation regulations in each region and ensure compliance.
  • Provide expertise and insights to all strategic projects involving transportation.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

  • 7 plus years of experience in transportation.
  • 3 plus years of transportation management experience with budget responsibility.
  • Good knowledge of the distribution operations of parts, accessories & clothing and of the parcel handling process.
  • Experience working with Parcel, Less-Than-Truckload, Truckload and International Freight.

STAND OUT WITH...

  • SAP S4 system experience, specifically in TM and EWM Environments.
  • Fluency in French.
  • Experience working for or with 3PL Partners.
  • Passion for analysis, problem solving and continuous improvement.
