Education, Certifications and Licenses
College diploma or certificate in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, AND several years of experience in human resources, pension and benefits, managing wellness programs or a related field AND Professional designation in pension and/or benefits, an asset AND Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist (CCWS) certification or equivalent, an asset
Experience
- In planning, managing, coordinating, and evaluating the pension, benefits, wellness and return to work programs
- In developing, drafting, editing, applying, evaluating, interpreting and implementing policies, guidelines and procedures
- In developing and conducting communication plans and presentations In project management
- In illness and/or disability case management
- In interpreting defined benefit pension plan provisions
- In data gathering and analysis
- In analyzing wellness data and finding solutions to issues
- In risk assessment
- In budget administration
- In personnel administration

OTHER INFORMATIONThis is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
