Responsibilities :
- Understand client/business needs and translate them into requirements for improving programs or technical solutions.
- Accountable for completion of idea development artifacts and partnership with technology leads and business leads
- Coordinates with stakeholders to elicit analyze and communicate requirements for changes to business processes policies and information systems.
- Bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
- Collaborates with the Product Owner on user acceptance test planning and execution to make sure the overall design is validated.
- Structures and facilitates effective working sessions.
- Demonstrated experience with strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management.
- Experience with agile methodology and frameworks such as Scrum & Kanban.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) testing to validate the implementation of technical requirements for each program.
- Work with team leadership on contract-wide efforts such as process improvement and deliverable management.
- Advise the innovation/pilot team on various special projects.
- 4+ years of experience implementing Medallia CX or EX programs for enterprise clients.
- 8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst for enterprise-scale program implementations.
- Medallia Certification - Admin level and above.
- Experience of directly working in one of the following industries: Software Hospitality Financial Services Automotive B2B (any industry) Telco and/or Retail
- Client-facing experience especially for software or systems which has challenges that require negotiations
- Experience in data analysis and making business recommendations based on findings from data
- Proficient in business process documentation business rules and requirement elicitation.
- Enterprise consulting experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience connecting the Medallia platform with third-party solutions such as Salesforce
