Client Delivery Partner

As a Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction. This role demands a seasoned professional capable of orchestrating and optimizing project delivery processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a sharp focus on quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities: PROJECT OVERSIGHT:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline constraints.
  • Implement best practices in project management to drive successful outcomes.
Client collaboration:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their requirements.
  • Act as an escalation point for the customer and work with Service and Business lines to ensure that service provision meets both SLAs & expectations.
  • Foster strong client relationships by consistently delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Responsible for driving account growth by mining existing accounts, manage Clients and with a keen focus on P&L.
  • Manage the relationship with the client covering all the commercial, risk, and opportunity development aspects of the services provided.
Team leadership:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities (Especially EM, DM, and Architects).
Risk management:
  • Identify potential project risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure the resolution of issues to minimize project disruptions.
Resource management:
  • Work closely with practice leaders and service lines in a timely manner for resource allocation (on/offboarding).
  • Allocate resources effectively, considering skills, workload, and project requirements.
  • Optimize resource utilization to maximize productivity.
Continuous improvement:
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes (Including CMIP).
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into project methodologies.
Quality assurance:
  • Enforce quality standards and conduct regular assessments to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Implement feedback loops to drive continuous improvement in project quality.
Reporting and documentation:
  • Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders (Weekly and Monthly).
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and relevant artifacts.
Contract management:
  • Ensure adherence of delivery to contractual obligations.
  • Review and sign off on new solutions and contracts for clients managed.
Required skills:
  • Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certifications are a plus).
  • 20 years of experience in project management or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • EM level 2 certification or above.
