SF Experience Cloud - Tech Lead (Remote)

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced "Salesforce Experience Cloud" technical lead with expertise in Salesforce project execution to manage and guide technical teams across offshore and onsite locations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with "Salesforce Experience Cloud" strong systems design capabilities, and excellent leadership and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities:
  • Technical lead, manage technical project team members (offshore + Onsite).
  • Resource allocation and work prioritization, effort estimations with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with onshore team members to ensure seamless project execution

Management/Personal:

  • Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce projects execution with at least 3+ years in lead role.
  • Hands on “SF Experience Cloud” implementation.
  • Systems design experience, with the ability to design or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present to the client.
Required Skills
  • "SF Experience Cloud" development and management implementation experience. (Required)
  • Experience in SF Sales Cloud (Telco domain preferred)
  • Proven experience with APEX and LWC. Writing SOQL queries and optimization.
  • Flows, configuration and admin
  • Git and Deployment (SFDX)
  • Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model)
  • Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform.
  • Certifications preferred: SF Experience Cloud , PD1, PD2
