Description
Reporting to the Director, Data and Reporting, the full-time, contract (12 months) Manager, Data Operations for the 9-8-8 crisis service is accountable for the development and optimization of data and analytics infrastructure to support the critical needs of the national 988 suicide prevention hotline. This role is pivotal in ensuring that data-driven insights are harnessed to improve the service's effectiveness, accessibility, and reach, ultimately saving lives.
In this capacity, the Manager, Data and Analytics leads a dedicated team of data engineers, analysts, and visualization experts in designing, developing, and implementing robust data pipelines, advanced analytics, and visualization systems. The role also encompasses the integration of machine learning operations and data governance processes to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
