Description
We are looking for a customer service oriented doorman to be the ambassador and main point of contact for our property in downtown Montreal. We are looking to fill a full-time position (Schedule to be discussed)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Are you bilingual and would like to earn an hourly wage of $18.67?
The ideal candidate will be friendly, courteous, warm, caring and comfortable with people of all ages.
- Ensure that policies and procedures for first class service are followed
- Welcome residents, guests and managers to the complex
- Interact with all tenants and guests in a pleasant and professional manner
- Answer the phone and handle calls
- Receive maintenance complaints from tenants and record them in the appropriate log
- Receive and process incoming deliveries, shipments, mail and packages
Ensure that the main entrance and workstation are always clean and tidy
- Report any issues to administration
- Respond to incidents (noise, security, accidents, etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze client needs
- Ensure adequate communication between staff on different shifts
- Greet visitors
- Interact with your colleagues in response to client requests
- Manage customer inquiries
- Note and following up on all residents' requests
- Provide a high level of customer service
- A good working knowledge of French and English, both oral and written
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Uniform provided
- Nightly Premium applicable at $1/hour
