POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a senior leasing agent for our welcoming Faubourg Giffard retirement home located in Quebec City.
Schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., full-time, daytime, with occasional weekends.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All other related tasks
- Drafting rental leases
- Analyze client needs
- Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
- Greet clients and take them on a tour of the site
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Recommend appropriate domiciles to clients based on their needs
- Rent out vacant apartments in the building
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of the private residence environment
- Knowledge of the Hopem system
