POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The LUMIA residence is fortunate to welcome clients who are independent or experiencing a loss of autonomy. It offers a warm and friendly atmosphere where we feel at home. Schedule: Full-time, daytime, every other weekend
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- all other related tasks
- Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
- Make service calls
- Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
- Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
- Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
