WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?


The Technical Project Assistant will support the service team in executing tasks to meet contractual terms, deadlines, and budgets. Responsibilities include:


  • Verifying project warranties before work begins
  • Handling service-related invoicing
  • Creating service orders from approved client quotes
  • Securing client purchase orders before starting work to facilitate billing
  • Collaborating with the technical manager to read plans/specifications and prepare material requisitions/orders
  • Ordering supplies and sending quotes to clients (e.g., for broken thermos units)
  • Tracking orders with the procurement team
  • Reordering materials for defective or warranty returns
  • Conducting technical research in archives

Requested skills


• Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques, incluant la suite Office et Autodesk;

• Lecture de plan;

• Excellente maîtrise du français et anglais de base;

• Détenir au moins 2 années d’expérience de travail technique idéalement dans l’industrie de la construction;

• Autonomie, dynamisme et capacité à prendre des initiatives;

• Bon sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités;

• Rigueur, minutie et sens du détail.
