Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, the Senior Manager, Talent Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-wide talent development strategies and learning initiatives that enhance employee growth, leadership readiness, and organizational health. This role will lead the development and execution of talent enablement activities, learning programs, leadership development initiatives to support the development of a human-centered workforce. Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Director, People & Culture, the Senior Manager, Talent Development is responsible for designing, implementing, and leading enterprise-wide talent development strategies and learning initiatives that enhance employee growth, leadership readiness, and organizational health. This role will lead the development and execution of talent enablement activities, learning programs, leadership development initiatives to support the development of a human-centered workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of Compugen’s talent activities (performance, goal setting, development planning, 9 Box talent reviews, and succession planning) to align with business needs and talent objectives
- Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of Compugen’s leadership development program to ensure it produces effective outcomes of building the capability of our leaders
- Support the development of an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) framework to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Champion our partnership with the WIT (Women in Technology) Network and support with key programming and events
- Oversee the strategy and delivery of the Compugen Internship program
- Manage the Employee Listening & Engagement Survey, including data collection, analysis, and summarizing key themes for the Executive Leadership Team
- Partner with business leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders to assess talent needs and create tailored learning solutions to support the business
- Oversee learning and development (L&D) initiatives including content development, and delivery methods
- Evaluate and enhance existing training programs to ensure they are effective, scalable, and aligned with company goals
- Utilize learning technologies, e-learning platforms, and digital tools to modernize training delivery
- Manage and develop a Talent Development Coordinator providing coaching and growth opportunities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous innovation in talent development and learning
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or Business
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in talent development or learning and development. Certificate in Adult Education is an asset.
- Experience designing and delivering leadership and talent development programs at scale
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design concepts, and modern learning technologies
- Highly proficient in creating and delivering engaging learning content using various media platforms including PowerPoint, and other e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to drive talent strategies that align with business objectives
- Strong communication, organizational, project management and planning skills
- Must have flexibility, and the ability to pivot and manage changing priorities
- Experience in measuring learning impact and using data-driven insights to enhance programs
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
