Position Overview:
The Solution Specialist candidate will be dedicated to driving Networking and Security enterprise-level solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction, project timelines, and deliverables. This role will have the required senior-level pre-sales experience and their primary focus will be on pre-sales activity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and requirements to position Compugen and Partners solutions and services to meet those needs. The solution portfolio includes the major Networking and Security vendors which will be combined with Compugen services.
  • Support sales team for networking and security customer concerns, both pre- and post-contract signing.
  • Work collaboratively with other Compugen teams to identify and create solutions that best meet customer needs.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver proposals, contracts, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, etc. to Compugen customers.
  • Advise customers on compliance requirements applicable to the customer.
  • Create and maintain engaging relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Communicate product, pricing, and licensing model to customers.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of a mix of Networking and Security consulting experience in a pre-sales / implementation role.
  • Preferred to have a minimum of 2 vendor certifications from the following list:
    • Cisco
    • HPE / Aruba
    • Palo Alto
    • FortiNet
    • Zscaler
