Responsibilities:
• Lead and Deliver Transformation Programs: Take ownership of managing and delivering transformation programs for Life & Health insurance clients. Provide tactical leadership and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Industry Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the insurance industry, specifically in the Life & Health sub-industries such as Group insurance, Life insurance, Health insurance, Disability insurance, Individual insurance, Personal insurance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, regulations, and innovations in the insurance space.
• Technology Ecosystem: Possess familiarity with the technology ecosystem and vendors in the Life & Health insurance space. Stay informed about emerging technologies, platforms, and solutions that can drive operational efficiency and enhance customer experience.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand their business needs and challenges and provide strategic recommendations to address their technology requirements.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support throughout project engagements. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
Our Insurance Solutions team provides advisory, consulting and delivery services to solve our insurance industry clients’ problems and implement best-in class solutions, particularly for the Property & Casualties insurance and Life & Health insurance sub-industries. We conduct a broad diversity of engagements for our clients ranging from technology strategy, process assessment and improvement to technology delivery projects and execution of large transformation program. • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience within the insurance and technology industries, with a focus on Life & Health insurance. Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs is essential.
• Language Skills: Fluent in both French and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and team members in both languages.
• Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Certifications: Possessing certifications like LOMA/FLMI, licensing courses (LLQP), PMP, SAFe, or 6 Sigmas are considered assets and can enhance the candidate's profile.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to identify and address complex business challenges. Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions and drive impactful outcomes.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Effective communication and presentation skills, enabling the candidate to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams.

- Bilinguisme : le bilinguisme (anglais et français) est requis du fait de la collaboration avec des clients et des équipes de projets de partout au pays et de l’étranger.
The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
