What will your typical day look like?

As a Ceridian Dayforce Solution Architect practitioner, you will work in a collaborative team analyzing client issues and developing solutions. You will supervise junior staff or manage parts of client engagements, working independently with clients. You will prioritize objectives and contribute to project planning and status reporting. Also you will be creating functional design documents, system configuration and support documentation and models to meet the current and future state business needs. Finally, you will participate in the full life cycle implementation of projects. Your day may also include travel to either a local or more distant client site (as applicable).

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
  • 5+ years’ experience with Human Resources Solution Architect business processes
  • Experience architecting the Ceridian Dayforce solution and required integrations, with implementation experience in several modules
  • Experience in leading requirements gathering or solution development workshops
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple, potentially changing, priorities
  • Experience working in teams
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written in English and French is mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to show initiative

Positions based in Quebec: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients and project teams

The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $175,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
