Requested skills

Main functions:

  • Support management and act as a resource person for all employees.
  • Proactively manage the president's agenda: keep the calendar up to date, convene meetings and others, coordinate meetings both internally and externally.
  • Support and implement various HR initiatives, programs and policies (corporate culture, annual evaluation process, salary structure, etc.)
  •  Ensure compliance in the application of internal rules, ensures the optimization and deployment of internal processes and manages changes.
  •  Coordinate the administrative aspect of HR (certification, employee files, dissemination of communications, etc.);
  • Ensure the logistics of organizational and administrative operations.
  • Approval of timesheets.
  • Follow up on production sheets (manufacturing time)
  • Writing and production of documents in Word, Excel.
  • Management of the complete recruitment cycle: job posting sites, advertisements, selection interviews, etc.
  • Management of employee files and monitoring of problematic files.
  • Management of IT requests and logistics between staff and IT support.
  • Edit and coordinate the implementation of IT applications to improve the smooth running of the company.
  • Perform all other tasks related to the position necessary for the proper functioning of the company's activities. Personal qualities sought:

    Requirements:

  • DEC in administration or the equivalent of + 3-5 years of experience.
  • French and English spoken and written of very good quality.
  • Experience in human resources.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor Standards.
  • Very good computer skills.
