The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This job is full-time permanent.
We seek a Talent Acquisition Partner to help recruit positions on our operating teams. You will increase the pool of potential candidates to respond quickly to the organization’s growing workforce needs. You will also work for several sites and different regions in Quebec.
Responsabilities
· Conduct proactive searches for potential candidates; target and investigate appropriate profiles as a function of selection criteria;
· Source candidates on recruitment platforms and social media;
· Establish and implement a research plan in addition to a list of target companies;
· Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates according to different types of positions;
· Sort and analyze applications according to profiles sought;
· Coordinate some interviews between candidates and HR advisors;
· Carry out telephone prescreening for certain types of positions;
· Develop relationships with agencies, educational institutions and various labor-market partners;
· Maintain the status of candidates in the Applicant Tracking System;
· Ensure a quality candidate experience;
· Contribute to statistical reports on recruitment;
· Take part in various talent-attraction projects;
· Keep up with best practices in human resources.
Your profile
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration, marketing or the equivalent;
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment;
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French;
· Knowledge of HR marketing strategies and social media;
· Experience in the manufacturing field is an asset;
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
· Operational know-how of databases and various IT tools;
· Self-motivation and the ability to work independently;
· Priority management, curiosity, thoroughness and proactivity.
