We are seeking a designated Accountant to join our Enterprise Internal Reporting Group!

In this role, you would be responsible for the preparation and reporting of monthly adjusted results and internal management reporting packages, as well as interacting with many other groups within the organization. If this interests you, then apply today!

What you Will Do:

  • Responsible for recording monthly normalization transactions during the month-end close and assisting in preparation of normalization requests and policy application.

  • Participate in the preparation of the Monthly Financial Summary and provide high-level earnings results analysis and Distributable Cash Flow (DCF) metric analysis, focusing on actual versus forecast, actual versus forecast, and actual versus actual.

  • Coordinate variance analysis with business unit finance teams, Central Functions, Financial Planning & Analysis, Tax, Treasury, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Complete reporting deliverables for Canadian and U.S. government agencies.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor degree related to Commerce, Business, Finance, or equivalent

  • Charted Professional Accounting (CPA) designation

  • 4+ years of directly related accounting experience

  • Strong commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting tight deadlines

  • Superior attention to details

  • Ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks under accelerated deadlines

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)

  • Oracle and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience, preferred

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.

  • Less than 5% travel required.
