Are you a leader? This role will lead a team to provide support to monitor Work Management (WM) processes and systems to ensure work efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and process standardization across GTM. This role will act as a liaison between system users, business owners, and TIS to report, troubleshoot, and resolve WM issues within the business. This role will also provide support to the team maintaining system functionally and recommending system changes and enhancements when necessary.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead team in customer front line support for Maximo and WM (Work Management) processes.

  • Optimize Maximo and other technologies for WM processes.

  • Analysis and Automation of repetitive tasks and functions.

  • Drive data science, automation, and AI/ML mindset into actions and tactics of sustainment activity.

  • Align solutions with enterprise standards and integration points.

  • Understand, articulate, and recommend boundary system integration issues and recommendations.

  • Understand, articulate, and document Business Requirements for enhancement and defect resolution.

  • Prioritize sustainment work including enhancement processes.

  • Lead super user teams and consult with change network and standards team.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for system migration and innovation.

  • Support and improve mobile solutions for work execution.

  • Identify and address technical issues, risks, and opportunities.

  • Maintain alignment with codes, legislation, and best practices.

  • Manage and prioritize daily activities of the WM Sustainment team.

  • Manage and govern GTM transactional data creation and change.

  • Provide leadership and education to work management, planning and scheduling teams.

  • Advocate for data quality and audit new and changed data.

  • Communicate risks, status, and actions to management and stakeholders.

  • Provide supervision, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports.

  • Develop and communicate goals, objectives, and targets.

  • Provide input to Maintenance Management and Systems (MMS) peers for training and communication plans.

  • Sustain teamwork and commitment among dispersed team.

  • Conduct or participate in performance reviews and career development.

  • Articulating Team Performance Metrics in the context of organizational goals.

  • Enhancing Personal Development through tailored plans for team members.

  • Setting Clear Goals and Aligning Team Objectives with broader company strategies.

  • Contributing Insights for Effective MMS Training and unified communication strategies.

  • Nurturing a Collaborative Environment across disparate teams to achieve peak performance.

Required:

  • Relevant university degree plus 7+ years of experience OR nine‐plus years of previous field operations experience, OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.

  • Experience operations/maintenance/WM.

  • Experience with work management program and process.

  • Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Strong skills in analyzing data and problem-solving technical issues.

  • Enhanced computer skills including spreadsheets, SQL Queries, PowerBI, and word processing.

  • Enhanced Analytical and Reporting skills.

  • Understands Data Science strategies.

  • Maximo System expertise

  • A valid Passport.

  • A valid driver’s license.

  • Procure/understand or already have an in depth understanding and knowledge of Unify as built KDD’s (Key Design Decisions), FD’s (Functional Designs)

  • Must have strong customer service skills.

  • Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Must be able to prioritize workload.

  • Must be able to learn quickly with an attention to detail.

  • Must have strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Must have effective training and User support skills.

  • Must be able to perform and explain appropriate CMMS business roles.

  • Must be able to complete complex tasks.

  • Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of: Pipeline field operations, Industry regulations and requirements, Facility drawings, Operational procedures and guidelines

  • Ability to navigate and understand WM systems.

  • Working knowledge of: Asset Structure, Asset Functionality, Asset Purpose, WM best practices and processes

  • Prefer experience in the oil & gas industry.

  • 15% travel in the US and Canada Company paid international relocation is not offered for this role.
