Opportunity!

We have a current opportunity for a Project Manager based in our Service Center located in Vaudreuil-Dorion. The successful candidate must be able to commute to this location.

Client Project Management

  • Lead projects related to anti-wear solutions and mechanical manufacturing for industrial clients.
  • Analyze the technical needs of clients and recommend the most suitable solutions.
  • Support sales in developing projects.
  • Plan and coordinate the different phases of projects: material selection, implementation, and performance validation.
  • Oversee logistics and procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure strict follow-up on timelines and budgets.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering OR a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial project management, maintenance, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of anti-wear processes (thermal spraying, hard coating, specialized welding).
  • Experience in contract management and client relations with industrial clients (an asset).

Technical and Professional Skills

  • Excellent understanding of wear phenomena and materials.
  • Experience in quality assurance and industrial process control.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and client specifications.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and autonomy.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities to mobilize stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach and problem-solving focus.

Languages

  • Proficiency in both French and English required (for international clients and partners).
