Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :
$103,331 - $139,803Extensive credit recovery experience neededManage distressed or delinquent accounts of large, complex operations in primary agriculture production, agribusiness or agri-food. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.
What you’ll do:
Analyze financial statements and determine realistic, attainable workout options
Negotiate repayment agreements and loan amendments
Manage recovery activities on complex and high-risk accounts
Collaborate with customers, lawyers, creditors and other stakeholders as required throughout the recovery process
Mentor a team of credit professionals on collections and recovery

What you’ll need:
An undergraduate degree in finance or business and at least seven years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
