Responsibilities :
- Participate in the complete accounting cycle
- Make general ledger (GL) entries
- Take charge of receivables
- Make tax returns (monthly GST-QST report)
- Collect customer payments
- Enter supplier accounts
- Manage payables, accrued expenses and disbursements
- Participate in fixed asset management
- Supervise expense accounts
- Participate in bank reconciliation process (ideally do the entire reconciliation)
- Participate in month-end process
- Produce payroll for plant employees
- File and archive various documents
- Support administrative tasks
- Perform all other related tasks
- Weekly financial forecasting

Profile required:
- DEC or BAC in accounting or administration
- 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position
- Experience with ERP systems, with Epicor (an asset)
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Good command of the Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good analytical skills
- Good time and priority management
- Team player
- Versatility
