The Administrative Assistant is accountable for contributing to the efficient operation of the department by providing secretarial, organizational and administrative support services.

The Administrative Assistant is accountable for contributing to the efficient operation of the department by providing secretarial, organizational and administrative support services.

Job Experience: 

Must possess three to five years of related experience

Job - Education:

Grade 12 plus graduation from an approved Office Education training program
 

Job - Knowledge and abilities: 

Advance computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Access).
Typing speed of 65 - 70 wpm
Excellent organization, communication, collaboration and networking skills
