Job Description: The Digital Health Business Partner will provide advanced knowledge as a strategic partner and by acting as the main point of contact for Digital Health services for operational leaders within the assigned portfolio and area. The Business Partner will be responsible for supporting these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key services including leadership on Digital Health related needs, clinical and business workflows, IT requirements, clinical and business training, and change and transition management as well as ensuring Digital Health is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation.
This position will be supporting the Improving Value in Health Care project. The Improving Value in Health Care project is focused on implementing a system that produces timely, automated, customizable, and interactive reporting on patient-level costs and quality indicators for use by clinicians, health system administrators, analysts, and others to identify opportunities to improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of care delivered.

Experience
- 3 - 5 years’ experience leading digital transformation projects
- 3 - 5 years’ experience integrated planning with IT and business environments
Education
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Information Technology
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in business
- or a related Health Sciences field
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
