Job Description: The Director of Support Services (DSS) is an Out-of-Scope Manager at Saskatoon Convalescent Home accountable to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is responsible for the organization, guidance, coordination and evaluation of Food Services, Environmental/Laundry Services, and Maintenance (and grounds) ensuring the highest quality of service to the residents, participants of the Community Day Program, staff, family, volunteers and visitors. The DSS works in coordination with the DOC and provides relief for scheduling and HR/LR in the DOC’s absence.

Experience
- Seven (7) years leadership experience
- Leader who has developed planning and programs in multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience in strategic planning
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
