Job Description:
Under the direction of the Director, Strategic Financial Planning and Allocation, the Senior Specialist, Strategic Financial Planning & Allocation is accountable to identify information technology requirements, strategies and solutions for the Department of Finance.
The Specialist is accountable for ongoing support of financial applications software, including maintenance, upgrading, testing, implementation and participation in development including building business cases and developing requirements documents for RFP through to implementation.

Experience
- 3 to 5 years experience at a mid-financial level in similar areas of complexity
Education
- Accounting diploma
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license

- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
