POSITION: Manager, Payroll
Temporary Full-time (until March 31, 2026)
Primary Site: Stratford
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Payroll Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of Payroll in relation to:
• Planning, organizing, co-ordinating and controlling Payroll systems and processes
• Managing and scheduling Payroll staff.
REPORTS TO: Director, Finance and Decision Support
DATE REQUIRED: As soon as possible
SALARY: $ 123, 417 per annum

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-year Business Diploma or equivalent with emphasis in Accounting
- Payroll Administration Certificate
- Certified Payroll Manager certification (Canadian Payroll Association
Experience:
- Significant exposure to a computerized Hospital Payroll environment.
Abilities:
- Mature, flexible, organized, self-directed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Mathematical and problem resolution skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
