New Grad Program

The two-year program offers a permanent position from Day 1, a combination of training and coaching, and the ability to rotate through several roles allowing New Grads to gain experience working on different projects and in different environments.

Program Eligibility

• You have graduated with your bachelor's degree in 2023, 2024 or will graduate by May 2025

• Or, you are currently completing a master's degree in a related field, you are graduating by May 2025, and have a maximum of 1 year between completing your bachelor's degree and enrolling in your master's program.

• Good Academic Standing (A copy of your Official/Unofficial Transcript)

• Valid, permanent driver's license (Ontario Class G)

Capital Delivery Centre of Excellence

We are seeking 1 Business/Finance Grad within our Capital Delivery Centre of Excellence

The Capital Delivery Centre of Excellence team provides guidance, best practices, governance, training, communication and continuous improvement on our Project Delivery practices. This ensures we are delivering our transmission capital infrastructure projects safely, efficiently, and successfully.

This role will be part of the Governance practice within the Centre of Excellence. The position will be supporting our process adherence needs and will be responsible for developing processes, guidelines, presentations, communications, and training material that is geared towards ensuring adherence to our project delivery processes and practices across the organization.

In this role you will learn:

• Business process development and design

• Teaching and training best practices

• Project management fundamentals

• How the electricity grid is built, maintained, and operated

• How large capital transmission infrastructure projects are defined, planned and delivered

Duties may include:

• Supporting the facilitation of approval meetings

• Supporting and leading enhancements to our processes and practices

• Documenting processes, practices and standards

• Developing and updating templates and guidelines

• Developing and delivering training material

Job Requirements:

• Must meet New Grad Program Eligibility Requirements

• A University undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics.

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• Previous Co-op/Internship experience in a relevant field and industry is considered an asset
