Why we will love you

•You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Graphic studio, agency or print shop or similar. Education in Graphic design or equivalent.
•Design software mandatory is Creative Suite; Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat (in that order). Basic motion graphic & video editing (Adobe Aftereffects and Premier) also desired.
•Solid layout and design skills.
•You can effortlessly juggle multiple priorities , work well with deadlines & can prioritize & organize your workload.
•Operate large format printers, use various media, measure, cut & trim.
•Physical requirements; not just a desk job but able to perform physical tasks also related to graphic preparation & installation of murals, involving standing for extended periods and using ladders/heights/small tools. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

•Your ultimate objective is to contribute to our visual identity and communicate an idea or written policy, for example, in an effective, clear and interesting visual way, always delighting and exceeding our internal and external customer’s expectations.
•Plan, implement and evaluate store communication, making sure they convey the benefits of the IKEA Concept while enhancing the product range presentation
•Continuously work to improve current processes, guidelines, and global standards
• partner with internal and external stakeholders including printers, where needed
•Actively contribute to our sustainability commitment
•Assist and support with other duties as required

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $49,120 to $67,540 and will be based on relevant work experience.
