Accounting Manager

Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Project Accountant! We’ve partnered with a well-established real estate firm seeking a skilled Project Accountant to join their growing team. If you have 5+ years of project accounting experience and are looking for a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity!

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Accounting Manager will:

• Lead and mentor a team of two accountants.
• Manage a portfolio of three or more development projects and oversee residential/commercial properties.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple entities.
• Handle construction and property budgets, track costs, and prepare project job cost reports.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and process biweekly payroll.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions and file monthly and annual tax returns.
• Prepare year-end working papers and collaborate with external auditors.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

What You Bring

• CPA designation (or in progress).
• 5+ years of project accounting experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Ability to work in-office five days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
• Discretionary bonus
• Extended health & dental benefits
• 3 weeks’ vacation
