Leasing Specialist

Our Real Estate Development client are looking for a Residential Leasing Specialist to join their tight-knit team in Vancouver! This is an amazing opportunity for someone who has 1-2 years of full cycle leasing experience.

Benefits & Perks:

• $55,000 base salary
• Commission of $250 per unit leased (Total take home would be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum).
• 3 weeks of vacation
• Health & dental benefits after 3 month probation

Responsibilities:

• Meet with prospective tenants and respond to any inquiries/questions
• Conduct showings of vacant units with prospective tenants
• Conduct move in and move outs
• Market and advertise units
• Inspect units and prepare for showings
• Draft residential leases
• Confirm and process rental applications
• Collect fees, such as security deposits
• Prepare monthly leasing status reports
• Oversee lease amendments

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in full-cycle residential leasing
• Outstanding social skills
• Strong understanding of BC Residential Tenancy Act
