Actuary, Pricing

Our client is seeking a Pricing Actuary to lead the development of innovative product solutions. With this role, you will leverage your leadership skills and experience to support current business objectives while developing long-term resources and capabilities for future success.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pricing models accurately reflect product risks, profitability, and assumptions, aligning with industry best practices and company standards.
• Identify and propose solutions to address ongoing and emerging business risks.
• Provide advisory support to other departments in creating contract, administrator, illustration, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate and assist in preparing essential documentation to meet governance requirements outlined in the Product Management Policy and Standards.

Qualifications

• Fellowship in the Canadian Institute of Actuaries
• Experience pricing in a life insurance company
