A leading Canadian national firm is currently looking to add a talented and experienced litigation associate to their busy specialized dispute practice group where you would work on complex environmental and transportation law disputes. Benefits & Perks:

  • $175,000, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
Working very closely with 4 partners and 2 associates, the incoming lawyer will be tackling complex litigation matters involving environmental and transportation law. This will often include handling issues such as but not limited to land development impacts, pollution matters in the air, land, or sea, transportation of dangerous goods, agricultural matters, and more.

Qualifications:

  • Called to the BC Bar and be a member of good standing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience post-call with complex litigation matters. Experience with environmental / transportation law is a strong asset
  • Comfortable with a billable target of 1700
  • Hard working and possesses a team player attitude
