ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is a local insurance brokerage with multiple branches, passionate about providing innovative and customized insurance solutions to businesses in the community. They are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join their team and help local businesses protect their assets in creative and innovative ways.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The Commercial Account Manager will service existing clients and collaborate with administration, underwriters, management and other advisors in the office.

ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide customized insurance solutions that meet their specific requirements
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct in-depth research on insurance policies and providers to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments
  • Negotiate insurance premiums and terms with insurance providers on behalf of clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the insurance process
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of clients' insurance policies and information

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Level 2 insurance designation
  • You have proven experience as a Broker or Account Manager in Commercial Insurance
  • You have a strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and regulations, and are always looking for creative and innovative solutions
  • Expertise in farm insurance is an asset
  • You're an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills
  • You can build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance providers

COMPENSATION

  • Base salary between $55,000 - $80,000 depending on relevant experience + bonus
  • Full health benefits, paid vacation
