A leading boutique law firm in Vancouver is seeking a Junior Associate to join their highly regarded Construction Litigation team. This role offers exposure to all aspects of construction law within a firm that rivals national competitors in both team size and client quality-without the rigid corporate culture of larger firms. The firm values work-life balance, ensuring that lawyers stay engaged with high-quality work while maintaining a fulfilling life outside the office.

- Starting salary of $109,000+, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
- Work on complex and engaging construction litigation cases, including builder’s liens, construction defects, project delays, and contract disputes.
- Manage your own files while also collaborating with senior lawyers on some of the largest projects in Western Canada.
- Gain hands-on experience and mentorship from some of Canada’s leading construction lawyers.
Qualifications:
- Called to the BC Bar and in good standing.
- 1+ years of post-call experience (construction litigation experience preferred).
- Comfortable with a billable target of 1,575 hours.
